Wow hard to believe that May is almost over and school will be out in 5 days!
Colby and Todd have a new favorite past time... going fishing at Henry's place... they have an hour drive out to the lake but well worth the time and effort after they get there. Colby told me last weekend it wasn’t a good day of fishing because he ONLY caught 40 fish! HAHAHA I guess they normally catch about 100!

Todd and I took the morning off to go watch Colby’s field day... so much fun!

Here is Miss. Priss! They way she is standing makes me think I might have a future Raiderette on my hands!

We had Ang, Greg, Tiff and B, my MIL and SIL over for a cook out on Sunday for Memorial Day.

A lost friend

I don’t even know where to start with this post!

One of the most amazing, kind hearted, selfless man that I have ever known has left us. Our dear friend and my husband’s best friend has passed away. Anyone that knew Wade loved him...... he will be missed tremendously in our lives!

Please pray for the Whatley family and my sweet husband as this is a very hard time.

I will post again about Wade soon... but that is all for now!

I am sorry... I have had NOTHING to blog about! Things have been very boring in the Hensley home! We are going camping this weekend... so I hope to bring back some great photos and something to blog about!

Texas Bluebonnets

Todd and Colby went fishing this past Sat. so Addie and I had a super fun Mommy and Addie day. One of the things we did was go take pictures in the bluebonnets... It was fun for about 5 mins. As soon as my princess saw the Bee’s it was all over!

Happy Easter Yall

This Easter we decided to go camp out at mom’s house... Angela, Greg, Austin, great friends Tiffany, Billy and their kids Bryce and Jenna came with us. Here is our camp ground... I don’t think I have ever slept in a tent before. Addie was SUPER exhausted and was fighting sleep we had to go into the trailer. We are hoping to try it again over the Memorial Day holiday. Addie being cute by the fire.

Daddy took ALL the kids on a boat ride! I know this is a lot of work for a 30 min boat ride but it sure made all the kids happy! Daddy took the time to let each kid have a turn at driving! I don’t recall how Landrie and Colby got on his lap at the same time but so sweet!!

We had a super fun time, even with rushing to leave in the pouring rain at 7:00am! We are thankful it held off for that long!!

My tiny dancer

Addison had her first dance class today! She was SOOOOOO excited! Tuesday night we tried on her dance clothes and she did not want to take them off so they where her PJ's for the evening! We woke up bright and early this morning so we could go eat INSIDE the donut shop! This is a huge treat for my kids because we only do this maybe once a month. Addison got lots of attention from the elderly regular’s enjoying their coffee on Thursday morning at First in Hurst Donuts!
