Total loss!

Wednesday I was driving home like every other day... then something went wrong! For some reason my car felt weird like I was hydroplaning... and I wrecked my car! The police think my tire went flat or I ran over something. I think that I over corrected the wheel cause I didnt know what to do. Well it put my car into a spin on 114 in Grapevine slamming in to the wall. Yes it was RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC! Some how I spin across three lanes of traffic slamming into the guardrail! THANK THE LORD my kids where NOT in the car, thank the LORD that I didn’t hit anther car, and THANK THE LORD that I was not major hurt! I have bruises and still am very sore 5 days later but I am ok!
This is really one of those times that you know it could have been way worse then it really was and just say LORD THANK YOU!!!! To let you know how hard I hit the wall, it knocked all my coins out of my ashtray into my lap. OUCH… the bruise on my shoulder tells it all!

I really shouldn’t admit this but we ALL do it! I was talking to my mom on the cell phone while driving! (I won’t be doing that anymore) I have to add that it was probably my moms scariest 15 mins of her life! As a mom… it gives me chill bumps to even think about it! Not knowing how bad my child is hurt and being 2 hours away! I actually said OH MOM …. then she heard the crash and then dead air! I called 911 ASAP as I was facing the wrong way on the freeway and I was not able to dial out for some reason so I couldn’t let her know I was ok for about 15 mins. If you hear mom tell this story it would make you cry!
So now I am waiting on the insurance company to call me back letting me know how much money they will give me for my PAID OFF 2003 Honda! I know it sounds silly but I loved my car!! I have had the car for 5 years and knew I wanted to keep it for a long long time! I had to go up there Friday to clean it out and it made me so sad! I wanted to literally tell my car I am sorry! Well so now I am shopping for a new car! FUN FUN FUN! Here are spme pics of my car i took with my cell phone.
